The house layout is nice. Surely needs some paint, correcting up in a handful of places and new furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most with the time we have been there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have a whole lot to accomplish while in the rain, so make a backup plan just in the event.
I loved that there have been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grown ups who would like to travel jointly. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it all over again or advocate it to a pal.

three House experienced perfect location on beach, very personal ! The house by itself was outdated...very outdated, couches, chairs, beds, all outdated and uncomfortable! Previous glass table with uncomfortable chairs, I was scared to Dying the whole time on the list of kids was gonna break it or something, didn't look like it'd take much for it to fall aparpressure, we're clean but had no pressure, outside spicket didn't work so could utilize it to scrub feet off after being within the beach, before you arrived inside.
